TPOs and recruiters skim hundreds of campus CVs. Keyword filters miss projects; opaque AI scores are hard to defend to a project panel.

Pipeline: extract text → skills/education/projects → structured score vs JD rubric → rank with reasons → human override. Stores why a candidate was ranked, not only a number.
