Who we are

What we collect
From the enquiry form or WhatsApp: your name, mobile number, optional email, the course or project you asked about, and any message you type. We do not ask for passwords, card numbers, or Aadhaar on this site.
Why we use it
To call or WhatsApp you about counselling, batch dates, and fees. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with advertisers.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to us. If our own mail path fails, the form may use FormSubmit to deliver the same message to contact@heapcoders.com. WhatsApp is Meta’s service when you tap a WhatsApp link. Hosting providers process the website request itself.
Cookies and theme
We store a light/dark theme choice in your browser (local storage). We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site trackers on these pages.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we are counselling you and for a limited time after, so we can answer a follow-up. Email contact@heapcoders.com to ask what we hold or to ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can refuse the form and contact us only by phone. You can ask us to stop WhatsApp follow-up. For privacy requests write to contact@heapcoders.com.
